Deadpool and Wolverine

Hey everyone, welcome back! Today, we’re diving into the intense and inspiring fitness journey of Hugh Jackman as he prepares to return as Wolverine in ‘Deadpool 3’ alongside Ryan Reynolds.

Hugh Jackman is about to tackle six months of grueling workouts to transform back into the legendary mutant, James Howlett/Logan/Wolverine. In a recent interview with Chris Wallace for HBO Max (via Deadline), Jackman shared, “I’ve discovered you can’t rush things. I’ve learned that it takes time.”

After wrapping up his Broadway run in ‘The Music Man,’ Jackman has a six-month window to focus entirely on training and spending time with his family. “I’m really fit right now,” he added. “Being on Broadway and singing and dancing for eight shows a week has one benefit: I’m in good shape. I am therefore in good health. I’m in a good starting point.”

And to all the hens out there, Jackman had a playful warning: “Do a mile run. I’m coming for you, so start fleeing right now.”

But this isn’t Jackman’s first rodeo. Back in 2016, between ‘X-Men: Apocalypse’ and the filming of ‘Logan,’ Jackman joined the elite 1,000-pound powerlifting club. He nailed a 235-pound (107-kg) bench press, a 410-pound (186-kg) deadlift, and a 345-pound (156-kg) squat—all in one day!

Stay tuned as we follow Hugh Jackman’s incredible six-month transformation journey. Watch him push his limits and prepare to bring Wolverine back to life, stronger and fitter than ever. Don’t forget to like, share, and subscribe for more exciting updates on your favorite stars!

When asked by Chris Wallace about steroid use, Hugh Jackman swiftly put the speculation to rest:

“No, I love my job. And I love Wolverine,” Jackman affirmed.

“I need to be cautious with my words here, but I’ve heard firsthand about the side effects. Frankly, I don’t love my role that much,” he added, dismissing any notions of steroid use. “I prefer the old-school approach.”

“And let me tell you, I’ve consumed more chickens—I apologize deeply to all vegans, vegetarians, and chickens worldwide. If there’s any chicken-related karma out there, I’m in trouble,” Jackman humorously concluded.
